Traveling around the world will open sassy experiences, increase your consciousness of the world situation and the lives and difficulties of other states. I was born and raised in Mombasa which is the second largest city of Kenya, a country located in a tropical arena of Africa. I moved to the United States of American and immediately detect a lot of changes as I relocated. I knew miserable from your country of origin to a foreign country is non an easy transition due to the differences of cultures, languages, and other life styles. thither are always great challenges to face for immigrants. Once I first came to the United States of America, I experienced big challenges, with solid food, weather, and educational systems, entirely I slowly got used to the changes. Even though, both countries have some similarities and differences, the differences are a lot greater than their similarities. The first difference between Kenya and America culturally is in regards to the types of food. People in Kenya mostly eat ugally. It is a porridge make of corn flour. Various kinds of sauces are served with ugally. In addition, people besides eat chapatti at home which is made of wheat berry flour.
Chapatti was originally from India and people from India who lived in Kenya used to counterfeit it in their restaurants, but later on became one of the conventional foods of Kenya. However, in the United States, people eat a physique of foods. Most people eat out in heathen restaurants; specifically, Mexican, Chinese and Italian. There is no single staple food in the United States that every household eats.
