First I would like to ask the courtroom a question. If your son or daughter murdered someone without your fellowship should you be responsible? This court should realize that Victor did not see of the hellions actions, similarly the parents and guardians should not be responsible for the actions of their boorren especially if the child has full knowledge of what hes doing. The court should also take into consideration the grief and despair that this situation has order upon Victor. Victor created the monster but then abandoned it, basically putting him up for adoption. After that should passe-partout really be responsible for a kid thats not his.
