Personal Model of Helping

In my opinion the goals of human services ar to provide say-so to members of the general public who trickt meet the necessary requirements to live a normal life. Those basic needs can range from food, shelter, and clothing to child care assistance, medical insurance, and cable readiness. The delivery of the services is just as important as the services themselves. While making the delivery of the services offered obtainable to each member of the community human service workers are required to do so equally, with no discrimination of race, religion, age, sex, or beliefs. Through the effort of education, I hope to develop an hard-hitting perplex of helping.
The personal model of helping that I make up developed during this course is an eclectic one. I feel that in this field you devour to be versatile and harbour a by any means necessary attitude. I have formed my viewpoint from the many theories, techniques and methods in which have been presented during this course. So I would incorporate several parts of the many theories and models which have been introduced to me.
The first theory that would be contained at bottom my personal model is the Alderian theory.



I believe that having an awareness of others beyond oneself is a monumental characteristic of increasing knowledge about interconnectedness within ones situation. My view of helping is one that would manipulate maladaptive, dysfunctional, and unwanted port to ultimately a more positive behavior. Because roles are usually assigned, birth order and the bodily structure of the family need to be considered. Family structure should be examined because the dynamics of the structure can affect a members personality and development of behavior.
