Her acts were not overwhelmed or could not be judge as sexual harassment. In addition, I cogitate when she did those, she did not ac whapledged or meant to be sexual harassed anybody. I appreciate that she might be the victim in this scenario by her poor grade student complained. I think to solve this problem, the instructor should letting other people know about herself, if someone does not like that could tells her instructor to rectify her acts. If she does not trying to adjust or being difference, indeed sexual harassment might occur in this situation.

This is moderate sexual harassment. In this scenario, I think that a female was a victim and was harassed by her classmate. It was actually annoying if someone just staring or repeatedly asking somebody out. Male student was really making a female student into uncomfortable situation.
